RIYADH — More than 13 million worshipers performed prayer at the Rawdah Sharif at the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah in one year. The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has succeeded in facilitating the smooth flow of these visitors, thanks to its organizational efforts to enhance the experience of the guests of God.
The authority's organizational efforts included developing the pre-booking system through the official digital applications Nusuk and Tawakkalna, expanding coordination with security, health, and service agencies, and enhancing the operational capacity of field personnel to ensure the smooth flow of visitor traffic and organize their entry and exit smoothly, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.
The efforts also included the authority's reliance on artificial intelligence technologies to analyze visitor traffic and determine optimal times for entry. Furthermore, the authority provided multilingual signage and support services for the elderly and people with disabilities, ensuring a smooth and safe spiritual experience for all segments of society.
The authority said that this achievement embodies the integration between various government agencies and confirms the wise leadership's commitment to facilitating the performance of religious rituals in an atmosphere of reassurance and spirituality, relying on the latest technical and organizational means to provide the best services to visitors.
