RIYADH — The Criminal Investigation Department of the Riyadh Police arrested 21 persons, including 18 Yemenis and three Saudi citizens, for impersonating and robbing passersby and carrying out theft at homes. They committed the crimes by using vehicles equipped with security devices.

The arrested criminals were referred to the Public Prosecution after taking the necessary legal procedures against them.
