RIYADH — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli occupation forces' bombing in Syria, calling it a flagrant violation of international law.
Saudi Arabia slammed the Israeli attempts to destabilize the security and stability of Syria and the region through such repeated aggression that contravenes relevant international agreements and laws.
The Kingdom stressed the need for the international community to rise up against such attacks. The ministry statement stressed that the UN Security Council member states must fulfill their role in standing firmly and seriously against the ongoing Israeli attacks and violations in Syria, as well as to prevent the expansion of the conflict, and activate international accountability mechanisms against these violations. Saudi Arabia also reiterated its solidarity with the government and people of Syria.
