MAKKAH — The Nusuk platform, overseen by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to serve pilgrims, has introduced two additional methods for booking and praying at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif at the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah to facilitate the experience of pilgrims.
The first option is the instant booking feature, which allows multiple visits to the Rawdah Al-Sharif throughout the year, as long as they are near the Prophet's Mosque and within its capacity limits. The second method is a waitlist option, where visitors can register if bookings are unavailable and will be notified when a slot becomes available to confirm their reservation.
The Nusuk application enables those wishing to perform Umrah and visit the holy sites to request permits for entry into the Two Holy Mosques for Umrah, visits, and prayers, in accordance with capacity regulations set by relevant authorities. This ensures a safe and spiritual environment that adheres to health and organizational precautionary measures.
The application integrates with Tawakkalna to verify the health status of permit applicants. It also facilitates the booking of permits and scheduling for Umrah and visits to the Prophet’s Mosque. Furthermore, the application streamlines the process for pilgrims arriving from abroad to obtain their visas, offering simple and accessible electronic procedures around the clock.
The Nusuk platform, available for download on smart devices through the App Store and Google Play, allows users to book Umrah packages and visit programs electronically.
