RIYADH — Saudi Arabia strongly condemned Israeli forces’ attack on the city of Jenin in the West Bank. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the attack launched by the Israeli occupation forces on the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Saudi Arabia reiterated its call to the international community to assume its responsibility towards halting Israeli violations of relevant international laws and treaties. The ministry warned that continuing violations may lead to a return to fighting and chaos in the occupied Palestinian territories, in addition to threatening the security and safety of innocent civilians, and undermine the chances of peace in the region.
