RIYADH — The National Program for Community Development in the Regions (Tanmiah) began delivering compensation to owners of properties expropriated for the new Al-Murabba project in the Shams Riyadh townships No. 4A and No. 4B.

The Tanmiah confirmed that it had completed all property expropriation procedures of the project in a short span of time, leading to the delivery of compensation to beneficiaries, as the announcement about the start of the procedures was made last month.

It said that the delivery of compensation will be done in accordance with the scheduled dates after communicating with the beneficiaries to visit the Tanmiah branch in Riyadh to receive their compensation. Tanmiah called on the beneficiaries to contact through the toll-free number: 8001210020 in case of inquiries, or by visiting the electronic portal for beneficiaries: Tanmiah+.
