NEOM — The NEOM Board of Directors announced on Tuesday the appointment of Eng. Aiman Al-Mudaifer as Acting CEO, following the departure of Nadhmi Al-Nasr. Eng. Al-Mudaifer assumes leadership at a pivotal time as NEOM enters a new phase of development, ensuring operational continuity, agility, and efficiency in line with the project's overarching vision and objectives, it was said in a press statement.
Eng. Al-Mudaifer, who has served as the head of Public Investment Fund’s Local Real Estate Division since 2018, brings a wealth of experience and a strategic understanding of NEOM’s projects. His leadership has been instrumental in overseeing real estate investments and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. Eng. Al-Mudaifer is also a board member of several prominent companies in Saudi Arabia.
With the support of a strong leadership team across NEOM’s regions, sectors, and departments, Eng. Al-Mudaifer will guide NEOM’s ongoing operations as it continues to drive forward Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The organization remains focused on delivering the next phase of its expansive portfolio, including projects such as THE LINE, Oxagon, Trojena, Magna, and The Islands of NEOM, all of which aim to integrate livability, business, and nature to create a sustainable future for current and future generations.
