RIYADH — On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan headed Saudi Arabia's delegation to the High-Level Summit of the Future held within the framework of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The two-day summit, which began on Sunday, is a high-level event, bringing world leaders together to forge a new international consensus on building a better future for all. The summit is discussing the most prominent issues on the international scene, and the necessary reforms aimed at promoting peace, prosperity and development for the countries and peoples of the world.
Saudi Arabia's delegation to the summit included Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah Al-Swaha, Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Al-Ibrahim, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral International Affairs and General Supervisor of the Ministry's Agency for Public Diplomacy Affairs Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, Saudi Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasil and Director General of the Office of Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Daoud.
