RIYADH — The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) has denied having an official account to serve beneficiaries on Whatsapp application.

Jawazat has also warned everyone against dealing with the fraudulent websites, fake and suspicious accounts that impersonate their names and claim to provide services to beneficiaries.

People who want to benefit from the services and receive the information and news must visit the Jawazat official platforms.

The Jawazat explained in an infographic that its account name "@AljawazatKSA" is unified for Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.

It has also added that its second official account on Twitter which is specified for benefiting the customers and answering their inquiries is: @CareAljawazat

As for its official email, the Jawazat clarified that it is: 992@gdp.gov.sa — while its official website is: www.gdp.gov.sa
