SEOUL — The Republic of Korea President Yoon Suk-Yeol received Tuesday Minister of Defense Prince Khalid Bin Salman in the Korean capital, Seoul.

The minister of defense conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman, and conveyed to the government and people of Korea their wishes of further progress and prosperity.

The two sides reviewed bilateral relations and cooperation in the military and defense fields. Attending the meeting were Chief of the General Staff Gen. Fayyad Bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili and Saudi Ambassador Sami Bin Muhammad Al-Sadhan.

The minister and his accompanying delegation arrived Tuesday in Korea on an official visit during which they will meet with a number of Korean officials to discuss bilateral relations, enhance cooperation in the military and defense fields, and review regional and international issues of common interest. — SPA
