JAZAN – Civil Defense in Jazan responded to a call by a man who discovered a body floating in a valley near the Wadi Damd Dam. Rescue workers from the Civil Defense transferred the body to a nearby hospital morgue and said the victim had most likely been swept away by flash floods caused by heavy rainfall as he was attempting to cross the valley. Civil Defense warned people not to cross valleys during heavy rainfall. – SG
