Saudi Arabia under King Salman is witnessing massive developments, economic reforms, women empowerment, investment flows and moderation. In addition, the Kingdom plays a huge role in global peace and security.
King Salman was given the pledge of allegiance as King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Jan. 23, 2015 corresponding to Rabee’ Al-Akhir 3, 1436H. Historically, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has undertaken a pioneering humanitarian role by serving the international community by coming to the aid of those affected by crises worldwide.
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) was established in May 2015 under the patronage and guidance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz. KSrelief has provided humanitarian and development aid to various countries in four continents, with local, regional and international partners.
The stronger the forces of globalization become, the stronger nationalism becomes amongst citizens in the Kingdom. The current developments and movements by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, have reinforced Saudi citizens with the feeling of belonging, security and freedom.
The successful and rapid implementation of Saudization was one of the main objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, as the concept of power in the Kingdom has evolved with its vision, characterized with raising their manpower as one of the most vital resources of its development.
Saudi Arabia is a Kingdom of Alliances. Although an alliance in international relations is considered a formal agreement between nations for the benefit of mutual support in case of war.
Nowadays alliances provide for combined action on the part of two or more independent states and are generally defensive in nature. Alliances and entities announced by the Kingdom under King Salman have built strong ties with Gulf, Arab and Islamic nations.
