HAIL – A citizen was arrested after he was caught red-handed while posing as a Passport Department officer and trying to rob expatriate workers of their possessions, Hail police spokesman Col. Abdul Aziz Al-Zenaidi said. A group of victims reported the incident to the police. A team was formed to nab the citizen who focused on neighborhoods where expatriate workers lived. Upon being caught, officers discovered the man worked as a security guard and was able to trick the workers into believing he was a Passport Department officer.
