Employing older women

HOW can someone manage his life when the income is not enough to satisfy the basic needs, how?

The answer for that question is always “God help him”.

Such people in the end will have no choice but to beg for money from charitable people. The money they are given will not be enough to satisfy one quarter of those needs.

Today I want to present to the minister of labor and social development a segment of such people. They are women who exceeded the age of 40 and have no educational qualifications so they can earn an honest living. Moreover, there are no opportunities available for them.

Dear minister, the job market offers opportunities only to women who are younger than 40. As for those who are older, they will be tired of searching for a job because all doors are closed on their faces. Can the minister interfere and encourage businesses to accept this segment of people and give them incentives for employing them.

Everyone knows that most of these women were forced to search for a job at this age because of a social problem they faced, but they will never be able to find a job because they are old.

We do not wish the ministry to transfer these women to the social insurance department as a solution when they are fit to work. All what is needed is to provide incentives to employ them.

Dear minster, these women will not beg for money if they are provided job opportunities. The ministry should encourage businesses to employ them by giving them incentives.

Everyone knows that most of these women were forced to search for a job at this age because of a social problem they faced, but they will never be able to find a job because they are old.
