JEDDAH — Rosewood Corniche here celebrates Ramadan in a Hijazi fashion catering to the festive season this month.



Ramadan brings a season of grace and giving with the community, family and loved ones.



It has also developed a culture of eating out and dining in style with the family and friends.



The traditional display of Rosewood embraces Ramadan, along with the décor and conventional handicrafts that take one back to the ancient splendor and memorable flavors of Hijaz.



The hotel hosts a special iftar and sahoor buffet in an opulent yet warm atmosphere offering the finest traditional choices on their respective menus.



Hijazi nights are aimed to bring Rosewood guests closer to a luxury experience during Ramadan at their in-house restaurants Habesberg and Noodles.



Guests are welcomed with fresh Arabic coffee and dates that are served along with laban and refreshments at every table.



The menu reflects traditional Saudi dishes with Ramadan’s favorites cuisine in sync with the unique culture and heritage of Hijaz.



Noodles Iftar menu includes Mezzeh, Arabic buffet that includes Hummus, Mouthabal, Babaganoush, Tabouleh, Fattoush, Warak Inab and more.



They offer scrumptious Shrimp salad, Tuna with roasted Potato, Chicken Salad, Hot and Sour and Shrimp Soup as appetizers among many others.



The live cooking stations offer Lamb Ouzi, Hot Mezzeh, Foul Medames.



The main course includes fresh and tenderly cooked Mixed Grill, Lamb with Spinach and chickpeas, Chicken Makloba, Seafood Skewer and more.



Dessert stations offer a variety of appetizing sweet savories like Apricot Cream, Choco Mud Cake, Royal Almond, Casino de Paris, Apple Parfait, Assorted French pastry, Om Ali, Ice Cream and Chocolate truffle and petit fort Pyramid for the children among traditional Arabic sweets like Halawet El Jebn, Awamiah, Macaron Katayef and Warbat.



However, the menu is subject to change during the course of the month to offer an exciting variety to their guests.

Habesberg, offers guests a variety of options of Arabic cuisine that are prepared fresh at live cooking stations for the guests.



You can reserve Habesberg and Noodles exclusively for private bookings for corporate meetings and for large families of up to 200 people and arrange equipment celebration and work teams.



Guests can enjoy iftar and sahoor in the privacy of their rooms or their wings through a special menu that includes appetizers Arabic dishes and grilled dishes.



Iftar buffet is priced for SR 275 at Noodles and SR 295 per person at Habsburg, while the Suhoor buffet is priced at SR 255 per person, inclusive of Ramadan beverages, refreshments and Arabic coffee.
