KHAMIS MUSHAYT — Afzal Butt has been elected as the new chairman of Asir Cricket League (ACL) for the second time, replacing Asghar Ali.

After an oath-taking ceremony, a full board meeting was held under the chairmanship of newly elected chairman Butt to determine the heads of departments and unveiling of full office-bearers.

He appointed the heads of departments after considering their qualification, experience, merits and loyalty to perform their duties.

The new office-bearers are:

Afzal Butt (chairman), Farasat Ullah Afridi (senior vice chairman), Naseer Ahmad (vice chairman), Asghar Ali Khan (CEO), Manazar (ACEO), Qurban Ali Bhatti (president sales & marketing manager), Khurram Shahzad (vice president), Riaz Malik (head of umpires panel and general secretary), Tunzeel ur Rehman (finance manager), Salik Quraishi, (IT manager, assistant manager sales & marketing), Khalid Butt (media manager), Ahsan Waheed (foreign affairs), Javed Malik (maintenance & procurement manager) and Asif Gouri (cricket development manager).

Senior members: Azhar, Mohammed Afzal, Abdusaboor Butt, Aamir, Arshad Butt, Asghar Ali, Shaukat Ali, Sagheer Ahmed, Sabahat, Khalid Choudhry, Khalid Hussain, Riaz Choudhry, Tayyab, Niaz Ali and Saleem.
