JEDDAH — Saudi Arabia’s newest airline, Flyadeal has announced the arrival of its first aircraft, an Airbus A320 at King Abdulaziz International Airport.

The low-cost start-up Flyadeal is on track to launch operations with its first flight on Sept. 23, coinciding with the Kingdom’s National Day.

Last year in April, Director General of Saudia Saleh Al-Jasser announced the establishment of a new airline company named Flyadeal with the total catalogue value of $8 million, and 50 passenger planes from Airbus were ordered by Saudia during the 2015 Paris Air Show.
