HAIL —  Hail police arrested an expatriate who had committed a number of robberies, car theft, and kidnapping. Hail police spokesman, Col. Abdulaziz Al-Zenaidi, said that police received notification from a resident of a person trying to rob a house. Police rushed to the location and arrested the offender, who is wanted for other offenses. The 30-year-old expatriate had previously escaped capture in Rafha for robberies, shooting at the police, and immoral behavior. The offender’s car was found to be stolen, and a number of fire arms, jewelry, and drugs were found in the car. He admitted to the offenses, and investigations are still under way. — SG
