CAIRO – Egyptian actress Liqa Al-Khamisi was involved in a car accident while returning from a film set. She sustained contusion injuries to her legs and doctors advised rest until her wounds heal.  “I´m grateful to God I didn´t get hurt badly,” said Al-Khamisi who is expected to make a full recovery and resume shooting scenes for her upcoming TV show “Shams Al-Ansari” with actor Muhammad Saad. — SG
