JEDDAH — Saudi Arabian Taekwondo and Judo Federation announced a unique smart electronic monitoring system thanks to sponsorship from Prince Nawaf Al-Faisal, President of Saudi Youth Welfare.

Hani Najm, chief of the Saudi Arabian Taekwondo and Judo Federation, said that the system will be driven by a specialist program called “SportWare.” This will provide electronic information on players, coaches, judges as well as all the scheduling information from the federation including times and venues.

Moreover, the system will allow real-time communication between players and coaches through email and SMS. The new system is scheduled to launch by the end of next month.
