AMMAN — Jordanian actress Mais Hamdan said she was excited about her role in the TV series “Fire and Clay” in which she plays the character of a modest belly-dancer clad in Bedouin clothes.

During shooting in Al-Aqsar City, Hamdan had to change her make-up several times due to the high temperature of the city. The Director also had mild sunstroke and filming had to be postponed for a couple of days. — SG
