HAIL — Hail police arrested a 17-year-old Saudi accused of killing a 15-year-old boy and throwing his body into a well in Al-Baieth village. The police launched a search when the boy went missing last week. They rounded up suspects before arresting the teenager who confessed to his crime. The case is still under investigation. — SG
