LIMA — At least 10 people were killed and more than 30 wounded late Friday when a packed minibus overturned on a road in southeastern Peru, local authorities said. A hospital official in the neighboring city of Chicha said at least nine children were among those wounded in the accident in a rural area of the Andean region of Huancavelica. The driver voluntarily caused the accident after an unspecified mechanical accident, according to local radio. — AP
