HAIL — Hail police foiled an attempt to smuggle four African housemaids from Hail to Jeddah. According to the police, a driver who sped off when asked to pull up aroused their suspicion. The man escaped after dropping the women at a local hospital. Police found him later and took him in for questioning. — SG
