HAIL — The Ministry of Education has stopped the diploma programs in the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education in universities as of next year until these programs is studied by the authorities concerned in the ministry and universities. Hail University announced the cessation of diploma programs for the 2015-2016 academic year. According to the administration of the university, the stoppage is temporary.
