HAIL — An Arab expatriate and his Indian accomplices have been arrested for manufacturing liquor. A source from the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice said they found an entire factory with Internet services and a production line manufacturing arak. The factory was shut down and the expatriates arrested.
