JEDDAH — Pakistan Welfare Society (PWS) will organize a free medical camp on the premises of the Consulate General of Pakistan from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday.

According to camp in-charge Mohammad Younus Abdul Sattar, PWS doctors have been holding free medical camps for low-income Pakistanis who could not afford expensive medical care for years.

During the camp several specialist doctors from the PWS team will diagnose patients and dispense free medicines, Abdul Sattar added.

Ultrasound tests and echocardiograms will be done upon the advice of doctors, in addition to eye check-ups and dental examinations. Blood and sugar tests will also be conducted free of cost.

Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman, president of the PWS, requested all community members to help the initiative by donating unused medicines at home.
