HAIL — A housemaid has been arrested in Hail for abusing and mistreating a child, said Hail Police spokesman Col. Abdulaziz Al-Zunaidi.



The torture was captured on a video and circulated on social media websites. The video shows the maid, from an African country, kicking the child while he is lying on the floor.



The woman was referred to the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution and will face trial soon.
