HAIL — Salfah Al-Obaikah provides free breakfast meals throughout the winter to municipality and farm workers in Jubbah, Hail region.

Al-Obaikah, who lost her father, husband and son in separate accidents over the past three years, feeds the needy as a form of charity on behalf of her deceased relatives, Makkah daily reported.

She gets up early in the morning to prepare a complete breakfast table that features various dishes. Her brother, Nawaf Al-Obaikah, said he was astonished by his sister’s act.

“When I asked her why she is doing this, she said the cold weather is the best chance to start a charity for her father, husband and son,” he said. Municipality, farm and store workers start coming to Al-Obaikah’s breakfast table before sunrise, which continues to offer food until noon every day.

A reporter from Makkah daily visited the charity breakfast table and interviewed workers who expressed gratitude for Al-Obaikah’s generosity.
