Rohit Sharma created history and became the first cricketer to slam two ODI double centuries on Thursday. The Indian batsman scored his second double ton against Sri Lanka in Eden Gardens. His 200 runs came off 151 balls and included 25 fours and 5 sixes. Rohit was dismissed off the final delivery for 264, as India finished on 404/5. Sharma became a trending topic on social media and received huge applause from a worldwide audience on Twitter, including his teammates and competitors. Sharma has outdone Virender Sehwag’s 219 to become the highest-scorer in ODIs.
