Missing man’s body found in desert

Police found the body of a missing person in Al-Haiet, 220 kilometers south of Hail. Police launched a massive search for the man soon after his family reported him missing.

HAIL — Police found the body of a missing person in Al-Haiet, 220 kilometers south of Hail. Police launched a massive search for the man soon after his family reported him missing. Officers combed the desert for five days and eventually found his body wedged between two rocks. Preliminary examinations showed the man died as result of thirst and exhaustion. The body was transferred to Al-Haiet General Hospital for autopsy.
